How do I get the activation file after purchasing the software?
After successful payment, the activation file will be sent automatically to the email address you provided during registration and will also be available for download in your Order Details under My Account.
How long is the authorization period?
All versions are monthly or annual subscriptions with a license validity of at least 1 months. Renewal is available upon expiration.
How do I renew after my authorization expires?
Log in to your account, go to the Authorization Management page, click "Renew Now", select the renewal duration, and complete payment. Your authorization will be automatically extended.
Is there a discount for renewing?
Existing users get 9% off on renewal.
Do you support refunds?
Software is a special product; once purchased, it activates automatically and cannot be refunded. Users can download the trial version for evaluation or contact customer support before buying.
How do I get an invoice?
You can request an electronic invoice (VAT special invoice) from your personal center after payment.
Can I use this on multiple computers?
1 license(s) allow installation on 1 device(s) only. To use simultaneously on multiple computers, purchase additional licenses.
Can I use it interchangeably at work and home?
Yes, but you'll need to purchase an additional 1 hardware dongles.
The company's design department has 10 engineers, of whom 2 use the software only occasionally. Do I need to purchase 10 licenses?
Purchase 8 (Network) licenses to allow up to 8 engineers to use the software simultaneously. When 2 engineers are temporarily inactive, an additional 2 "occasional" users can access it.
What is the technical support response time?
We provide 7×12 hour technical support, with responses within 30 minutes during business hours and within 4 hours outside of business hours.
Do I need to install it myself after purchase?
The installation package includes an instruction manual. Users should install the software independently first. If issues arise, contact technical support or request assistance in our learning group.
How do I get started and learn after installation?
The installation package includes the complete set of textbooks and video tutorials. Users can start with self-study, and if they encounter issues, they can seek assistance from technical support or request help in the learning group. Additionally, we will organize online and offline training sessions on an irregular basis.

If you encounter an error, please report it to the technical support team in your learning group. If the issue is confirmed to be caused by the software itself, we will immediately fix the code and release a unified update for all users.
